EuroKing Miracle to be acquired by HSS

Addlestone, Surrey 3rd November 2009 - We are delighted to announce that shortly we expect to conclude negotiations for the sale of EuroKing to Healthcare Software Systems Ltd (HSS), the Radiology Information Solutions providers.

EuroKing Miracle is the dominant supplier of Maternity Information Systems (MIS) in the UK and Ireland.  For more than twenty five years we have been supplying and developing cutting edge technology.  Our E3 Maternity System has sold into more trusts than any other solution. More than a third of babies born in the UK were delivered by midwives using the EuroKing solution.

Healthcare Software Systems Ltd has been providing Radiology Information Solutions (RIS) for more than twenty five years.  Their CRIS product is a market leader and has been sold into more than 175 sites nationwide, making them the largest independent RIS and BSS software provider.
