E3 FEATURES AND BENEFITS

E3 - EuroKing Miracle’s third generation Maternity Information System (MIS), provides you with relevant and meaningful information at the point of care. A single screen summary of a mother’s and/or baby’s obstetric care provides decision support, based on accurate and up to date information.

E3 FUNCTIONALITY INCLUDES:

Patient Filtering

The ability to build a list of mothers and babies under your care for review and speed of access to records.

Additional ‘views’ can be tailored to suit the Trust. For example, lists of high risk mothers, current admissions and mother’s requiring special follow-up care.

An extensive search mechanism facilitates the identification of individual patients.

Care Pathways

The introduction of care pathways facilitates the management of patient care within NICE guidelines or local protocols.

Among the care pathways provided as standard are Normal Pregnancy, Elective Caesarean, Emergency Section, Induction and Instrumental Delivery.

A complete set of tools are also provided to enable Trusts to create or tailor care pathways to meet local requirements.

Risk Management

E3 will highlight and record risk throughout the patient care record. Risk Management facilities include diagnostic alerts and risk category audit.

Electronic Partogram

Facilities are available to record observations and medication directly onto electronic charts, including Partogram and TPR Charts.

Real-Time Data Entry

E3 is designed to help you record information relevant to the patient’s care management in a quick and concise manner.

Clear, uncluttered screen displays and straightforward ‘point and click’ access to information make E3 intuitive to use and understand.

Document Management

E3 provides the facility to link to all patients’ documents to the relative episode of care. This means paper records such as a Partogram or letters to and from the patient that have been scanned as MS WORD© documents can be linked with documents automatically produced by E3.

Reports, Lists and Statistics

E3 is designed to be compliant with Microsoft Office © products, Word, Excel and Access. Patient reports are built from Word © templates, enabling Trusts to tailor all documents and reports.

A comprehensive suite of statistical reports is included in E3.

Integration

E3 conforms to open standards such as HL7, XML and ODBC to provided full integration with other solution providers and software packages.
