Workflow Analysis:
During a workflow analysis our consultant will work with you to review the current workflow within your department, and then make recommendations on how ithis can be improved when implementing the EuroKing Miracle MIS.

System Setup:
Our Implementation Consultant works with you to ensure that the EuroKing Miracle MIS is set up to reflect your trust/hospital procedures.

Go Live Support:
Going live with a new system can be traumatic for staff no matter how good the training has been. Our Implementation Consultant will be on site when the system goes live to answer questions and provide help, guidance, advice and general peace of mind by solving any issues as they arise.

Post Go Live Review:
Once the system has been used in a live environment for typically three months, our Implementation Consultant will work with you to review how the system has been performing, against expectations and implement any changes you feel would be of benefit.
